Sottsass Mobile

Inspired by the prints of 80s Memphis style, ‘The Sottsass twist’ is a kinetic mobile based on Bruno Munari’s body of work that explores the balancing of elements on small pieces of Balsa wood sheets. The composition and shape of the elements are influenced by the geometric style of Memphis with basic design principles of Contrast and proximity.
